Join me for practical steps to introduce your baby to solids.  I'll explain how your little one's body is developing and what they need nutritionally to support this.

We will look at the current guidance on weaning and you'll leave with realistic, sensible, science-backed tips to help you feel more confident about supporting their growth and development.

A recording of the session will be shared afterwards, along with recipe suggestions, a summary of my top tips and my recommendations for reliable sources of further information.

You’ll leave with tips and tricks that are easy to incorporate into everyday life and will ensure you feel more in control of your health.
