This package comprises of a thorough review of your health and initial diet and lifestyle suggestions in session one.

Sessions two and three will provide you with a tailored nutrition programme to guide you on your health journey. All consultations are 60 minutes long.

Nutri-Review

Diet & lifestyle MOT (single session)

£150

This provides an in-depth diet and lifestyle analysis in one session.

 

Using your questionnaire and food diary, we will review your health goals and you will be provided with detailed nutrition advice to help you address your specific concern. This is often a helpful way to assess whether you need further support.
