As a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I can support you to make gradual and lasting change to your diet and lifestyle, helping you to live well.

Whether you want to undertake a dietary MOT, or feel you need a more in depth nutrition programme to help manage a long term health condition, I can provide the right level of guidance you need. I offer consultations online via Zoom, or in person in Winchester and Wellow (near Romsey) in Hampshire.
