Flexibility for your health

Nutri-Essentials

Three consultation package
£300 

Session one comprises of a thorough review of your health, using information from your health questionnaire and food diary, with initial diet and lifestyle recommendations made.

60 minutes.

​

Session two provides explanation of possible mechanisms that may be influencing your health concerns. A personal action plan and a suggested menu plan is provided. 

60 minutes.

​

Session three provides an opportunity to review suggestions made during session two, with further recommendations for longer term dietary and lifestyle changes. 

45 minutes.

Nutri-Intensive

Six consultation package
£450 

A more extensive package, which is likely to be most appropriate for clients wanting a weight-loss programme, requiring additional support, or those with a complex, chronic health condition.

 

Sessions one to three follow the structure of the Nutri-Essentials package.

 

Sessions four to six provide three additional 45 minute support and guidance consultations.

Nutri-Review

Single consultation diet & lifestyle MOT
£130 

In-depth analysis and advice in one session,  comprising of a thorough review of your health, using information from your health questionnaire and food diary. You will be provided with detailed diet and lifestyle recommendations and a menu plan to address your specific concern. 60 minutes

Add-on sessions

Personalised to suit you
£50 for 30 mins, £80 for 60 mins

Further consultations will only be recommended if there is considered to be genuine benefit of doing so. The length and number of these will be decided in collaboration with you.

Group sessions

Health condition specific

Group sessions can be provided focusing on a general healthy eating approach. They can also be targeted to help address specific health concerns such as blood sugar or weight management.
